In Justin Talbott’s teenage years, he started working as a framer. He realized construction was his calling. He built his first 6 homes at the age of 20 and had a construction crew by the time he was 21. This was the beginning of JBT Construction. Twenty years later, he’s built dozens of homes in the Virginia area.
Justin understands the process of creating the perfect home but also is aware of the importance of being cost-efficient and providing a quality product. In his words, “I treat everyone’s money as if it’s my own money.”
Alicia is a graduate of Duke University and has more than a decade of legal experience. In 2014, Alicia began her career in real estate and formed a multi-million dollar producing real estate team. Alicia’s background in both the legal field and the real estate industry, paired with the development expertise of the Foschinis, has led to an even more dynamic Summit Development Group.

Summit Development Group was founded in 2002 by Christopher Foschini. In the early years of Summit Development Group, Chris focused mainly on utilizing his construction skills to flip homes and obtain rental properties. In 2021, after his expanding portfolio relocated him and his wife to North Carolina, the owners of Summit Development Group teamed up with Alicia Farmer to bring the vision of the townhomes on Kiley Lane to the finish line.
